- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and ITIL processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-driven with high flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with end-to-end Vault configuration and deployment using tools like Vault API, Eclipse, VEM NextGen, Jenkins or similar CI/CD systems.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Vault configurations.
- Ability to develop and manage Vault configuration artifacts (objects, workflows, lifecycles, metadata, security roles, layouts).
Experienced in environment migration (DEV QA UAT
- PROD) with strong configuration governance.
- Strong documentation skills: build scripts, runbooks, release notes, configuration guides, rollback plans.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Understanding of change control, versioning, and audit requirements.
- Ability to work with Veeva Professional Services, system integrators, and internal teams.
- Capability to train and transfer knowledge to admins and support teams.

Positive to haves:

- Experience with other Vault applications (Medical, MedComms, Quality, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Vault platform fundamentals—data model, security model,



lifecycle management, object configuration.
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM / Vault CRM modules (call reporting, activity management, accounts, territory management, samples, multichannel engagement)

Role & Responsibilities description:

- Configure PromoMats components including document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, and user roles.
- Fulfil reporting and operational requests.
- Create and maintain test cases, system documentation, and configuration updates.
- Ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory standards.
- Analyse user requirements and propose feasible, scalable system solutions.
- Test and deploy changes following defined release processes.
- Maintain and support integrations with the PromoMats application.
