- Job Purpose:

We are looking for a high-performing Exports Executive/Sr.Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and cutting-edge.

- Responsibilities:

- Handle sales and export marketing activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with international clients, agents,



and freight forwarders for timely order execution.
- Manage Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for export order planning.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain records of export transactions and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify global customers and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and foreign exchange management.

- Requisite Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in export operations (preferably in flexible packaging or manufacturing industry).
- Knowledge of export documentation and logistics procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of EXIM website and export compliance

Education: MBA/PGDM
Relevant Experience: Relevant experience into Exports for the company’s customer database building.
CTC per annum: Salary as per Industry Standards + Incentive as per company standard
Will I travel? Must Travel within the citywithin the city if required.
Preferred Domain: Manufacturing & B2B Products Marketing company.
Total Experience: 1 – 2 Years of Exp. as Exports Executive
