- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor construction or renovation projects within approved timelines and budgets. [1]
- Infrastructure Supervision: Oversee structural works, masonry, waterproofing, and interior finishing. Ensure seamless integration of hospital-specific MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. [1]
- Healthcare Compliance: Guarantee all designs and constructions meet local municipal building codes, fire safety rules, and healthcare accreditation standards. [1]
- Infection Control & Safety: Implement strict infection control and safety measures (e.g., zero-accident protocols, PPE enforcement) during renovations in operational hospital zones. [1]
- Vendor Management: Evaluate contractor quotations, verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and certify work completion before billing. [1]
- Testing & Commissioning: Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of heavy medical equipment and specialized medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS).
