Job Title: EHS Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Executive to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across operations. The role involves implementing EHS policies, conducting audits, and promoting a secure workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and company standards
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to safety, health, and environment
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans
- Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits




- Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety practices

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety (preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial environments
- Experience handling audits, compliance, and incident investigations

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards
- Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
- Good communication and training abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
