Project Execution & Site Management:

- Support end-to-end execution of utility-scale, C&I;, and rooftop solar projects — schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams.
- Supervise site activities (civil, structural, electrical, module installation) per approved drawings, BOQ, and specs.
- Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance; conduct site inspections and progress reviews.

Stakeholder & Procurement Coordination

- Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; represent project in review meetings.
- Facilitate approvals, inspections, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate material/equipment delivery; monitor inventory, stock, and consumption records.

Quality, Safety & Commissioning

- Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce EHS standards; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization; ensure smooth handover with documentation.





Documentation & Cost Control

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports; maintain DPRs, MOMs, RFIs, NCRs, and site logs.
- Track KPIs, budgets, and expenditures; support billing, variation orders, and project closure.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of solar PV systems, BOS components, inverters, transformers, SCADA, and grid connectivity.
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycle and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with electrical and civil installation practices.
- Knowledge of applicable standards such as IEC, IS, NEC, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.

2) Additional certification in Project Management, Solar Design, or Construction Management is preferred.
