Metropolis Lab is seeking skilled and compassionate Phlebotomists to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients at our diagnostic center and through home collection services, ensuring accuracy, safety, and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection with precision.
- Conduct home visits for sample collection in Mohali/Zirakpur region.
- Label, store, and transport samples according to protocols.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Diploma/degree in Medical Lab Technology or Phlebotomy
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (freshers may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for home collection.
- Own 2 Wheeler with valid driving license.
- Professional, ethical, and patient-focused attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
