Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimum productivity, quality compliance, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor progress.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and machines.
- Liaise with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Purchase departments.
- Track production targets and resolve operational issues.




- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production planning, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
