Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure data security and integrity, and implement data management best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manage LAN and cabling infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance
- Maintain and troubleshoot intercom systems
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business operations
- Provide technical support and training to staff on MS Suites and Google Suites
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and make recommendations for IT infrastructure upgrades




- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in IT management
- Robust technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Suites and Google Suites
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
