Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and support learning & development programs.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Build positive relationships with employees and help maintain a collaborative workplace.
- Work closely with department heads to support hiring and organizational growth.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
