We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to manage and oversee all project billing activities for our construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of client billing, subcontractor billing, RA bills, quantity verification, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Client Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
Verify quantities executed at site as per BOQ and contract terms.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Clients for billing approvals.
Review subcontractor and vendor bills and ensure accuracy.
Track billing status, certifications, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
Reconcile project quantities and monitor project costs.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
Prepare MIS reports related to billing, receivables, and project progress.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts departments for invoice processing and payment tracking.
Handle client queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.
Support project closure activities including final account settlement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Billing.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Contract Management.
Experience in handling large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Software, and Billing Management Systems.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
