Job Overview:

The Team Leader - Projects is responsible for overseeing the logistics and invoicing activities within the project department. This role focuses on the seamless dispatch of inspected goods, comprehensive documentation management, and ensuring cross-departmental coordination to meet delivery and payment timelines.

Functional Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Invoicing activities and maintain accurate financial records for projects.

Oversee Logistics and dispatch operations for all inspected goods to ensure timely project supply.

Coordinate vehicle arrangements and loading schedules for productive product transport.

Maintain high-level coordination with Quality Control (QC), Production, and Planning teams.

Manage project documentation, ensuring all invoices and delivery papers are processed accurately.

Conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers to ensure timely collections.





Ensure all dispatch activities comply with project timelines and customer requirements.

Monitor delivery status and provide regular reports to the project management team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Invoicing activities and commercial documentation.

Proven experience in Logistics, dispatch management, and vehicle coordination.

Excellent departmental coordination skills (QC, Production, and Planning).

Proficiency in MS Office and working within an ERP software environment.

Strong follow-up skills, specifically for payment collection and delivery tracking.

Detail-oriented approach to document management and invoice processing.

Leadership capability to manage project workflows and meet delivery targets.
