Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve branch sales targets across various financial products including loans, deposits, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, analyze sales data,



and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
