Carryall Packaging is a leading manufacturer of premium and customized packaging solutions, specializing in luxury paper bags, shopping bags, gift bags, and branded packaging products. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and supervise production staff, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain inventory records.
- Implement quality control measures and maintain product standards.
- Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and production output.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Production Management, preferably in Packaging, Printing, Paper Products, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and quality control processes.
- Experience in handling manpower, production schedules, and inventory management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills (MS Excel, Word).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of luxury packaging bags and customized packaging products.
- Experience in printing, lamination, die-cutting, pasting, or related packaging processes.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.
