Key Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, check, and digital payments using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, assist with inquiries, handle product returns or exchanges, and resolve complaints.
- Register Management: Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, track discrepancies, and prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the checkout area clean, scan goods accurately, bag purchases, and apply appropriate coupons or discounts.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on store policies, promotions, and restricted items (such as alcohol or tobacco)
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
