Role Overview: We’re hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue function in a fast-growing FinTech workplace. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth across key customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmap

· Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management

· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organisation (inside sales, field sales, partnerships, customer success )

· Drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

· Work closely with founders, product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategy

· Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs

· Manage key enterprise and strategic accounts; lead high-value negotiations

· Track market trends, competitor activity,



and customer feedback to inform strategy

· Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and investor discussions

Requirements

· 10+ years of experience in B2B / B2B2C sales

· Proven track record of scaling revenue and building sales teams from the ground up

· Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling

· Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
