- Handle end-to-end tour operations (FIT, GIT & MICE).
- Coordinate hotel, transport, houseboat, and activity bookings.
- Confirm reservations with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with drivers, guides, and local partners.
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and tour execution.
- Resolve on-tour issues and provide customer support.
- Negotiate with hotels and vendors for the best rates.
- Maintain booking records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of bookings.
Required Skills
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and travel booking portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel operations (freshers with tourism knowledge may also be considered).
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and North India packages.
- Knowledge of B2B DMC operations.
- Experience with supplier coordination, costing, itinerary preparation, and guest handling.
