- Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming stock to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including quantities, product specifications, and arrival dates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve any discrepancies in orders or quality issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of received items, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits of incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory counts and assist in updating inventory management systems.
- Implement and adhere to best practices for stock organization to facilitate easy retrieval for sales fulfillment.
- Process customer orders timely and accurately, ensuring that the right products are picked, packed, and shipped.




- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange timely deliveries and manage outbound shipping schedules.
- Communicate with clients regarding order statuses, shipping details, and expected delivery dates.
- Address any concerns or issues related to outbound shipments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound stock movements and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and forecast future inventory needs based on customer demand.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align inventory management efforts with sales strategies.
