About the Role

QSURA India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our CPaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell QSURA's communication solutions, including:
- WhatsApp Business API
- RCS Business Messaging
- Bulk SMS
- Voice Solutions (IVR & OBD)
- Email Solutions
- AI Chatbots & Automation
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the CPaaS industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, Voice, or Email solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
