Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for freshers who have a solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals and are eager to learn, grow, and work on real-world branding and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, banners, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Create basic illustrations, icons, and visual assets.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs.
- Edit, retouch, and prepare images for digital platforms.
- Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of common design file formats such as AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG.




- Familiarity with current social media trends and modern design styles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva.
- Experience working on personal, college, internship, or freelance design projects.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools.
