Experience Required

Business Development Associate (BDA):

- 0 to 6 Months of Experience

Business Development Executive (BDE):

- 6 Months to 2 Year of Experience

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding online and distance learning programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand candidates' educational and career requirements.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
