Key Responsibilities

· Handle vendor coordination, quotation collection, technical and commercial comparison, negotiation, and purchase order processing.

· Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely material movement and delivery.

· Support import-export documentation and coordination with suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters.

· Develop recent vendors and maintain an updated vendor database.

· Compare technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, offers, and product suitability before procurement.

· Coordinate with quality, stores, accounts, sales, and project teams.

· Ensure purchased materials meet required technical and quality standards.

· Follow up for timely delivery, invoice submission, inspection, and payment documentation.

· Maintain purchase records, vendor evaluation, order status, and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

· Required Experience: 1-5 years in purchase,



procurement, logistics, import-export coordination, or related industrial/engineering procurement roles.

· Prior experience in purchase, procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred.

· Knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, or engineering materials will be an advantage.

· Ability to understand basic technical specifications and compare vendor offers.

· Experience in import-export coordination will be preferred.

· Good negotiation, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and purchase documentation.

Responsible, organized, and able to coordinate independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
