- Create and implement recruiting strategies for internal Hirings
- Search for potential candidates using naukri resdex, hirist, iimjobs and various social media platforms
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with all the department heads for the hiring process and fill the positions within TAT
- Hands on experience to work on technologies - AWS,Azure,IT Infrastructure,Presales,Content writer,Digital Marketing,UI ,Angular,API,Creative Designer
- Must have handled middle level to senior positions
- Candidate must be from Noida or nearby location
