What You'll Do

· Prepare and file statutory forms (Form 1, 2, 3, 5, TM-A, copyright and design applications) with the Indian Patent Office, Trademark Registry, and Copyright Office

· Handle e-filing on the IP India portal, Copyright portal, and the Indian Patent Advanced Search System (IPAS)

· Maintain patent, trademark, copyright, and design dockets — monitor annuity, renewal, and use-affidavit deadlines to ensure statutory timeline compliance

· Docket and digitally manage patent, design, copyright, and trademark applications across the client portfolio

· Coordinate with Registered Patent Agents, attorneys, and clients on documentation, priority documents, POAs, and filing requirements

· Prepare cover letters, filing receipts,



and client-facing documentation for IP matters

· Support FER responses, TM examination replies, and other prosecution correspondence with drafting and filing assistance

· Assist in preparing invention disclosures, assignment deeds, and NOCs for IP transactions

· Coordinate with foreign associates on PCT National Phase and Madrid Protocol filings

· Provide project status updates to clients and internal teams via Zoho and internal reporting tools

· Maintain project dockets and timelines with strict attention to statutory deadlines

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a diploma in IPR, paralegal certification, or a law background is preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of paralegal / office-executive experience in an IP firm, law firm, or corporate legal team. Familiarity with IPO / Trademark Registry / Copyright portal filings is a solid plus.

Essential Qualities:

· Detail-oriented with strong organisational and record-keeping abilities

· Comfort with structured docketing, deadline tracking, and follow-ups

· Proactive escalation habits — flag at-risk deadlines and blockers early

· Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

· Team coordination and collaboration across in-office, remote, and foreign counsel

· You'll learn to use Zoho, MS Office, and online IP search portals (training provided)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
