*Key responsibilities*
- *Programming*: Read engineering drawings. Write/edit CNC programs using G-code/M-code. Do CAD/CAM work in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX
- *Machine setup*: Select tools, fixtures, jigs. Load raw material. Set offsets, tool lengths, and work coordinates
- *Operation*: Run CNC Lathe, VMC, HMC. Monitor cycles, make adjustments for dimensions, surface finish, and tool wear
- *Quality check*: Use Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, gauges to do in-process + final inspection. Maintain first article approval
- *Troubleshooting*: Identify program errors, tool breakage, alarms. Optimize feeds, speeds, and cycle time
- *Maintenance*: Do daily machine cleaning, lubrication, coolant check. Report breakdowns to maintenance
- *Documentation*: Maintain job cards, production logs, tool life records. Follow 5S and safety SOPs
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
