Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Work Location: Hyderabad , India

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop accurate multi-channel demand forecasts (GT, MT, Exports, Wholesale, Job Work).
- Monitor sales patterns and coordinate production schedules with market needs, promotional activities, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Efficiently plan plant capacity while comprehending operational limitations and impediments.
- Supervise production and inventory planning, ensuring the accuracy of material requirements planning (MRP) in accordance with projected demand.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to fulfill service requirements while minimizing excess and holding costs.
- Collaborate with Production and R&D; departments regarding ingredient lead times, formulation modifications, and process adjustments.
- Possess practical knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
- Monitor essential KPIs (OTIF, SOH, TAT) and lead optimization initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
- Leverage ERP systems and digital technologies to achieve real-time visibility into the supply chain and support informed decision-making.
