Job Title: Site Civil Engineer / Project Engineer

About the Role

We are a premium design-build construction company focused on luxury residential and commercial projects in Chennai. We are looking for a proactive Civil Engineer to independently manage site execution for a Multi-storey Apartments(G+5) and support layout development works such as roads, drainage, and external infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution from foundation to handover.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, labour, and daily site activities.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and construction progress.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site measurements, and project documentation.
- Support layout development works including roads, drainage, paver blocks, grading, and road marking.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Experience & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Must have experience handling multi-storey apartment (flats) or commercial building projects (G+3/G+4 or above).
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including:
- Architects
- Structural Consultants
- Electrical Contractors
- Plumbing Contractors
- Interior Contractors
- Material Suppliers and Vendors
- Solid knowledge of RCC works, finishing, waterproofing, quantity estimation, and drawing interpretation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
