Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Verification & Appraisal

- Application Processing: Interview applicants and review loan applications to assess the feasibility of granting loans.
- Income & Lifestyle Analysis: Evaluate the client's financial stability, reviewing tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports to verify income. Assess repayment capacity by looking into lifestyle indicators, debt-to-income ratios, and lifestyle expenses.
- Risk Assessment: Calculate risk factors to determine interest rates, credit limits, and repayment terms.

2. Sanctioning & Disbursal Operations

- Approval/Rejection: Approve loans within delegated authority or prepare detailed credit proposals to be presented to the Credit Committee.
- Disbursement Handling: Execute the final disbursement of funds once contracts are signed and legal conditions are met.
- File Management: Maintain highly organized, secure, and compliant files for all disbursed and pending loans.

3. Branch Records & Compliance

- Register Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update branch-level credit records, including the Loan Application Register,



Loan Sanction Register, and Title Deed/Collateral registers.
- Compliance: Ensure all lending activities adhere to banking regulations and internal financial policies.

4. Post-Sanction Monitoring & Recovery

- Portfolio Monitoring: Track repayment schedules and monitor the ongoing financial status of active loans.
- Follow-up & Recovery: Coordinate with borrowers to ensure on-time installments and assist the collections team with stressed or delinquent accounts.

Essential Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in credit analysis, banking, or loan processing operations.
- Skills: Robust numerical/analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in financial and database software

Pay: ₹17,250.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
