What you'll do

- Assemble, cut, and publish internally generated content like interviews, podcasts, and shorts.
- Create, own, and maintain the visual brand guidelines, SOPs, and templates for fonts, colors, and logos across all videos
- Edit long- and short-form videos with clean transitions, text overlays, captions, motion graphics, intros/outros, color correction, audio-video sync, and consistent brand styling.
- Repurpose long-form interviews into Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn snippets, optimized for each platform.
- Ensure on-time delivery and video quality for the Brand.

What we're looking for

- Strong content writing and storytelling skills; be able to piece together a cohesive story for the audience.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools; any one of these is fine - Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva (a plus).
- Knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram video best practices.
- An eye for clean, engaging, cohesive visuals.




- Interest in finance and finance-related content is a plus
