Souzagad is a growing boutique hospitality brand offering premium heritage homes and unique vacation stays. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to ensure our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across properties.
- Ensure villas are guest-ready, clean, and well-maintained.
- Lead and supervise housekeeping, caretakers, and maintenance teams.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Improve processes and maintain high service quality.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of operations experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, villas, or homestays.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and operational software.
- Willing to travel between properties when required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,383.68 per month
