Community Manager Intern
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full time Internship
Stipend: ₹2,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and engage with community members across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Welcome and onboard new members into the community.
- Respond to member queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online community events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Create engaging posts, polls, discussions, and announcements to increase community participation.
- Monitor community engagement and encourage meaningful conversations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate updates, opportunities, and announcements.
- Collect feedback from members and suggest improvements to enhance community experience.
- Track community growth, engagement metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure community guidelines are followed and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- Support employer branding and community-building initiatives.




- Perform additional community management tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Active on social media and online communities.
- Prior experience in managing college clubs, student communities, or online groups is an added advantage.
