We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analytics / Audit Executive with 1–3 years of experience to analyze business operations, conduct internal audits, and provide data-driven insights to improve organizational performance in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Conduct operational and business audits across departments.
- Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Review sales, CRM, finance, procurement, and project-related data for accuracy.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Support management with business insights and performance analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Internal Audit, MIS, or Business Audit, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
