What You'll do

- Find and grow great talent wherever necessary in the organization.

- You will be reporting directly to Head of India operations

What We're Looking For

- 4 to 8 years of HR experience (manufacturing / construction / engineering industry background will be preferred).
- Should put AI first in day to day Workflow
- Should have current or past experience in Start-up firms
- Solid grounding in HR fundamentals: recruitment, compliance, performance management, employee management




- A natural people-connector who have been demonstrated and demonstrating strong team building in the past/current role
- Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to experiment with new ideas.
