Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will get prospect to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels.

Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Position responsibilities and requirements will include:

- 3D Model development (required LOD) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership
- Developing high quality Drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc.
- Use of inhouse developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement
- Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus
- Knowledge of parametric modeling (Dynamo) a plus





Qualifications:

Required qualifications and experience

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture (Bachelor’s degree in engineering a plus)
- For Junior Technical Modeler position: 0 – 3 years relevant work experience
- For Technical Modeler position: 3 – 10 years relevant work experience
- Excellent hands-on skills with Autodesk Revit structures or similar BIM tools

Work experience on US projects would be preferred
