Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for leading architectural, interior, and landscape BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery. This role requires expertise in BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivering high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM strategies, workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architecture, interiors, and landscape projects.
- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and client standards.
- Produce schematic design, IFC, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines in a collaborative BIM environment.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Conduct model audits and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
- Mentor junior BIM team members and support continuous BIM implementation and process improvement.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Navisworks.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and Level of Development (LOD 100–500).
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, preferably ISO 19650.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Middle East projects (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, or GCC region).
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360.
- Knowledge of Dynamo scripting and IFC workflows.
- Experience in BIM coordination and project collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
