About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
