As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales with 0-6 months of experience, your primary focus will be on learning the sales process and supporting basic sales activities. You'll be involved in generating leads, supporting client interactions, and developing a foundational understanding of IT sales and business development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in basic lead generation and research to identify potential clients using easy tools and methods.
- Support senior team members in organizing and managing sales data.
- Participate in initial client interactions under supervision, helping with documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Learn to collaborate with internal teams to understand the sales cycle and client needs.
- Develop basic verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Observe and learn about industry trends and sales techniques from experienced team members.
