Position: HR Executive

Location: Angamaly , Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1 Years

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Industry Preference: Food Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.

- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.





- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

- Candidates from Angamaly or nearby locations will be given preference.

- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,645.80 - ₹22,359.15 per month
