Position: Resort Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead the overall operations of a luxury boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily resort operations, driving revenue, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of the resort.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Maintenance operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop departmental teams.
- Manage budgets, revenue, occupancy, P&L;, and cost control.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all resort facilities and amenities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, Operations Manager, or Resort Manager in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or 5-Star Resort.
- Candidates from Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, IHCL,



The Postcard Hotel, CGH Earth, Evolve Back, or similar luxury hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, guest relations, and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting.
- Willing to relocate to Anjarle, Maharashtra.
