- Conduct sensory evaluations
- Collaborate with R&D; and marketing teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Flavour Creation:*

- Develop unique and appealing flavour profiles for products
- Use knowledge of flavour chemistry and ingredients to create creative flavours
- Experiment with different flavour combinations and ingredients

2. *Sensory Evaluation:*

- Conduct taste tests and sensory evaluations to ensure flavour quality and consistency
- Identify and describe flavour characteristics, defects, and improvements
- Provide feedback to product development teams

3. *Collaboration:*

- Work closely with R&D;, marketing, and product development teams to align flavours with brand goals




- Communicate flavour concepts and profiles to stakeholders
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source ingredients and materials

4. *Regulatory Compliance:*

- Ensure flavours meet regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Stay updated on legislative changes and country-specific regulations
- Maintain accurate records of flavour formulations and testing

5. *Research and Development:*

- Stay current with industry trends and flavour innovations
- Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and flavour trends
- Develop and improve flavour profiles and products
