Job Responsibilities

- Tender Preparation: Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements for telecom towers, transmission towers, structures, and cable trays.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for each project.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective solutions for tenders.
- Technical Review: Assess engineering designs and ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit comprehensive tender proposals, including technical and commercial aspects, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, pricing strategies,



and project specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the engineering, project management, and procurement teams to ensure accurate project estimations.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and tender negotiations to clarify technical and commercial terms as needed.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a tendering or cost estimation role, preferably in the infrastructure or manufacturing sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom towers, transmission towers, cable trays, and PEB structures.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and estimation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Robust negotiation and communication abilities.
