Key Responsibilities for Role:
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Own end-to-end content creation aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Plan and execute monthly & weekly content calendars
- Create or generate idea for platform-specific content (Reels, short videos, carousels, static posts, captions)
- Experiment with formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and trends
- Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage and scale presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (Twitter)
- Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement
- Actively manage comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Identify opportunities for collabs, trends, and viral moments
- Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
- Analyze what’s working and optimize content using insights
- Share weekly/monthly performance updates and improvement ideas
- Brand Building & Collaboration

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
