- Understanding Customer’s business process management and requirements and translating them to specific software req.
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional req. like GUI, screen and interface designs.
- Creation of BRS, SRS, Wireframes & other documentations.
- Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
