Job Overview Job Title: Associate - Business Finance (APAC) Department: Business Finance Location: Navi Mumbai / Airoli Positions Available: 1 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)Nature of Employment: Contract / Temporary Staff (12 months, Renewable) Qualifications & Requirements Education: BAF / MBA in Finance Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience Age Range: 23–25 years Key Responsibilities Sales Order Review: Review and approve sales orders processed by the logistics team after ensuring the quantity, selling price, and incoterms align with agreements and purchase orders. Export Documentation: Prepare certificate of origin (COO) working files for export perks for Korea, Myanmar, and Philippines markets. Treasury & Remittance Liaison: Liaise with the Treasury Team to facilitate foreign currency remittances to various regional representative offices, and track daily inwards as a Finance SPOC (Single Point of Contact). Expense Booking:



Complete invoice booking of expenses for the region and raise debit/credit notes (DN/CN) for any deviations in sales value. Database Maintenance: Maintain vendor/customer databases and initiate registration on the company portals. Stock Reporting: Update TP/SP in stock reports on a quarterly basis to reflect accurate pricing for inventory valuations. Timesheet Allocation: Work on regional timesheets for the accurate allocation of management fees. Financial Reporting: Prepare Sales Flash reports on a monthly basis. Management Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations explaining financial performance for Monthly Management meetings. Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle any other ad hoc requirements to support the regional business & finance team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹961,004.24 per month
