- Check patient prescriptions and dispense medications accurately.
- Ensure all medications are dispensed before their expiry dates.
- Conduct regular stocktaking to identify near-expiry medications and coordinate returns to vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drug purchases and sales.
- Promote and increase the sale of over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, perform routine stock checks, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Record all cash transactions accurately and address patient queries regarding medications.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations, aiming for zero medication errors.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to enhance sales and service quality.
