Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for Banking & Finance students.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTech companies, and other corporate recruiters.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule campus drives, walk-in interviews, virtual interviews, and recruitment events.
- Screen and shortlist eligible student profiles as per recruiter requirements.
- Share student profiles with recruiters and coordinate the complete recruitment process.
- Communicate interview schedules, venue details, and recruitment updates to students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters for interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmation.
- Track interview attendance, offer letters, joining status, and placement records.




- Maintain accurate placement MIS, reports, and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Student Support teams to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Support students with interview coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Organize placement drives, career guidance sessions, and employer engagement activities.
- Build new corporate partnerships to generate placement opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing recruiters and identify new hiring partners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
