Our technology empowers financial institutions to accelerate lending through enhanced Small and Medium Business (SMB) underwriting and alternative credit scoring. By utilizing Mobile SDKs and APIs, Sandox securely extracts banking application data and runs advanced, proprietary AI models. Our initial pilot markets are India and Indonesia.

Project : AI-driven B2B Fintech Risk Management Platform

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Development & Implementation

- Web Engineering: Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using React or Next.js.
- Back Office Tools: Build robust back-office modules and operations management dashboards.
- Data Visualization: Create intuitive reporting functions and charts to display complex alternative credit scores.
- State Management: Implement productive client-side state management to handle high-frequency data updates.

Integration & Backend Connectivity

- API Integration: Seamlessly integrate internal microservices and external third-party RESTful/gRPC APIs.
- Authentication & Services: Implement Firebase for user authentication, real-time databases, and cloud messaging.
- Communication Gateways: Connect third-party SMS and Email gateways for automated alerts and notifications.

Security, Performance & Cloud

- Application Security: Write secure code to prevent common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and safeguard SMB financial data.




- Cloud Operations: Deploy and manage web assets within the AWS Cloud ecosystem.
- Optimization: Ensure maximum performance, low latency, and cross-browser compatibility across web platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

- Industry Tenure: Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Fintech Affinity: Previous experience building dashboards, financial portals, or B2B SaaS applications is preferred.

Technical Skill Set

- Core Frontend: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Frameworks: Strong professional track record with React or Next.js (including Server-Side Rendering / SSR concepts).
- Ecosystem Tools: Proven experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
- Cloud Basics: Basic understanding of AWS deployment workflows (S3, CloudFront, EC2) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Version Control: Mastery of Git and collaborative branching workflows.

Soft Skills

- Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly in a matrix environment under the guidance of the Chennai Technical Lead.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills to sync effectively with the remote Delhi AI team.
- Detail-Oriented: Passion for building clean, semantic code and pixel-perfect interfaces.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
