We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive (Projects) to join our team immediately. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients
- Make calls to clients and internal teams for updates and follow-ups
- Ensure timely coordination of follow-ups on pending action items
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with all stakeholders
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams
- Track project communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Any Graduate (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
