Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Education Counselor to manage day-to-day administrative operations while guiding students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold - Calling

- Manage daily office operations and front-desk activities

- Maintain student records, documents, and databases

- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

- Prepare reports, admission documents, and MIS records

- Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and management

- Maintain office supplies and administrative systems





- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career paths

- Explain program details, fees, eligibility, and enrollment process

- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages

- Assist students throughout the admission process

- Maintained lead data and track conversions

- Build solid relationships with students and trainers

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good counseling and convincing abilities

- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
