- Service team / staff வேலைகளை Co-ordinate & follow-up செய்தல்
- தினசரி Reports (Service / Work / Performance) தயாரித்து மேலாளருக்கு அனுப்புதல்
- Customer complaints & service requests-ஐ பதிவு செய்து track செய்தல்
- Office documents & records-ஐ சரியாக maintain செய்தல்
- Phone calls attend செய்து customer-க்கு சரியான தகவல் வழங்குதல்
- Team-ஐ support செய்து smooth operation நடக்க ensure செய்தல்
