Expert in RA Bills, Client Billing, Contractor Billing, and Billing Audits? We are looking for a Senior Billing Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in Residential & Commercial Projects.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- ✅ Preparation, checking, certification, and processing of Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills.
- ✅ Verification of site measurements and quantities executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and work orders.
- ✅ Preparation and reconciliation of quantities for Civil, Finishing, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure works.
- ✅ Monitoring project progress and ensuring billing is aligned with actual site execution and contractual milestones.
- ✅ Preparation and validation of BOQs, rate analysis, variation orders, and extra item statements.
- ✅ Material reconciliation and consumption analysis to identify variances and support cost control initiatives.
- ✅ Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers,



Contracts, Procurement, QS, and Finance teams for timely certification and payment processing.
- ✅ Maintaining billing records, work orders, contract documents, measurement sheets, and supporting documentation.
- ✅ Preparation of monthly MIS reports, cost reports, billing trackers, and project financial status updates.
- ✅ Assisting in budget monitoring, project cost analysis, and cash flow planning.
- ✅ Ensuring compliance with contract terms, company policies, and project specifications.
- ✅ Supporting internal and external audits related to project billing and commercial activities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
